Henrik has, with his background in the VC industry since 1998, facilitated many successful VC investments in the Nordic. The last couple of years, in his capacity as Chairman, he facilitated the exits of:
- Essnet AB to Scientific Games
- Essnet International AB to Aristocrat
- Netgiro AB to Digital River
- Zyb to Vodafone
Henrik has an educational background as Civil Engineer and EMBA and is today the Managing Partner of Nordic Venture Partners.

 Dan Ekelund, Investment Manager Industrifonden
Master of Engineering and B.Sc. in Business Administration. He has experience from Datema-Asea ProcessData AB and the Swedish Trade Office in Los Angeles. After a period as a consultant with Indevo AB, he became sales manager at Inter Innovation AB. Before joining Industrifonden he was president of AB Cale Industri.

 Pål M. Rødseth is a Partner with Ferd Venture where he has been since 2002. Mr Rødseth has a wide experience from venture capital investments from the Nordic region as well as the UK and US. Through Ferd Venture Mr Rødseth is a board member of several portfolio companies. Prior to joining Ferd Venture he was Investment Director with Add Partners in London, a pan-European venture capital fund. Before Add Partners Mr Rødseth was an associate with Enron in London in the corporate venture capital unit. He has also had several positions with Kongsberg Automotive, a global supplier to the automotive industry, both within quality management and sales.
Mr Rødseth has an MSc in Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and an MBA from London Business School.

 Eivind Bergsmyr is a Partner with Viking Venture. From 2002, he was the CEO of the successful Norwegian start-up Nacre AS, growing the company from one employee through all phases into a world leader in communication and hearing protection headsets for defense and security markets with particular success in the US. Nacre AS was sold to Sperian Protection in 2007 for 125 musd, an exit that was named Nordic Venture Exit of the Year. Until Bergsmyr left Nacre in 2009, the company had recorded sales of more than 50,000 QUIETPROs to customers in 15 countries on 4 continents with accumulated revenues of more than 500 mnok (90 musd) in a 2.5 year period. Bergsmyr also has extensive industrial experience from Siemens Telecom and Siemens Electrical Heating in Oslo and Trondheim in technology management, sales and business leadership.
Bergsmyr holds a M. Sc. degree in electronics engineering from The Norwegian University of Technology and Science, NTNU. He has additional education from the Norwegian School of Management, BI and MBA-level management training from Siemens in Germany.

Jostein Vik

 Jostein Vik holds a MSc in Business and is a Partner in Viking Venture. Since 2001 he has held board positions and has been active in developing companies like Nacre AS, Safetel AS, Plasus Technologies AS, Xvision AS, Viseno.no AS, Revolt Technology AS, Iqua Oy and Cinevation AS. Before joining Viking Venture, Vik held positions in Carlsberg Breweries, Lilleborg, Orkla Media
and Orkla ASA.

 Martin Hauge is an entrepreneur and co-founder of several startups in Scandinavia. Among them Interaction Design and Creuna.
He is a former CEO and Managing Director of Return A/S, WM-Data in Stavanger, Ambrasoft both in Norway and Denmark and Olivetti in Denmark. Martin holds a Masters Degree from NTH-NTNU in Trondheim, has done law studies at the University of Copenhagen and he is a Stanford GSB Alumni.
Martin Hauge is also on the board of Appear TV, Nanoradio, Proxilliant, Jays, IPtronics and Imsys.
